Gorillaz Share New Song “Aries” with Peter Hook and Georgia

Gorillaz have shared another new song in their Song Machine series. It’s called “Aries” and it features New Order’s Peter Hook (on bass) and producer Georgia (on drums). Gorillaz’s cartoon guitarist Noodle said in a press relese, “Highly impatient and competitive, many Aries have the fighting spirit of your mythological ruler.” Hear “Aries” below.

Gorillaz have shared two other tracks since launching the series in late January: “Desolé” (with Fatouma Diawara) and “Momentary Bliss” (with slowthai and Slaves). The band’s documentary Gorillaz: Reject False Icons premiered back in December. Georgia’s new album Seeking Thrills came out in January.
